AirFit is a super fun alternative to your regular old gym class providing you with a proper high energy workout on and off the trampolines. Join our friendly instructor / human trampoline machine for a 6 week course of high intensity interval training 45 minute workouts that burns up to 1000 calories – designed to target every part of the body making you fitter, stronger and leaner.
