AirFit is an excellent alternative from the gym, providing you with a fun high energy workout on and off the trampolines. Our friendly instructors will guide you through a high energy 45 minutes circuit based workout designed to target every part of the body making you fitter, stronger and leaner.

Ten minutes bouncing on a trampoline burns as many calories as thirty minutes jogging with the added benefit of reducing the impact on your joints by 80%, it will also improve your circulation, cardio vascular fitness and reduce body fat.

Please be advised that on your first session there will be a one off charge of £1.50 for the non-slip socks, these are then yours to keep for future visits.
