Covid-19 Health & Safety Procedures

We're absolutely jumping for joy to be reopening, and we can't wait to see our AirHoppers again. In order to keep everyone as safe as possible we've set up these procedures which we recommend you to read through prior your visit. Stay safe. Stay happy. Team AirHop

New Reduced Contact Booking & Check In Procedure
  • We are delighted to launch a NEW IMPROVED booking system that enables you to watch the safety video at home

  • Please arrive 20 minutes before your Jump session with your email booking confirmation ready

  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry

  • Grab your wristbands (please put on your own children) and socks
  • Listen for the tannoy for instructions for the start of your jump session

  • Lockers will be provided; however, we encourage you to leave all unnecessary valuables at home or with you.

Face Coverings

Please note that  face coverings are recommended for anyone aged 11+ throughout the park, except when bouncing, eating or drinking.

New Social Distancing/ Physical Distancing Measures
  • We strongly advice to PRE-BOOK ONLINE

  • From the 19th July 2021 the government has removed the requirement for social distancing, however we ask customers to be respectful of each other’s space.

  • Just a friendly reminder that the adult accompanying all young hoppers is responsible for ensuring our new safety measures are followed. Thank you!


New Cleaning Procedures
  • Hand sanitiser, hand soap and disinfectant sprays will be readily available for use by all throughout the park.

On Court Safety
  • All jumpers are recommended to use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the court area

  • Our trampolines are 3m wide to allow for fun on court

  • From time to time areas may be out of action for cleaning, however due to reduced capacity this will not affect access to all open facilities for some time during the session

  • Any first aid that is needed will be administered with extra safety protection for all


AirHop’s Covid Promise

If your booking is unable to go ahead due to changes in the Government restrictions in relation to Coronavirus or due to Covid, you will have the following options.

  1. Where possible, reduce the number of people in the booking so that it can go ahead within the restrictions.

  2. Reschedule the booking

  3. Receive a full refund for your booking

After any changes in restrictions, we will be in touch with you by email within 24 hours, simply reply to that email with your preference and we will make the necessary changes. You will also be able to request a call back if you have any other questions.
