Park Rules

Even fun comes with rules sometimes – but rest assured these rules only exist to keep you safe. Trampolining is an inherently dangerous activity so always jump within your ability. Keep safe and jump into happy!

General

  • Every jumper must have read and completed an AirHop waiver form before using the park.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before the session to allow time to watch the safety briefing.
  • If a jumper is under 18 the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.
  • For hygiene and to avoid slipping, all persons must wear AirHop grip socks when jumping. These can be purchased either when you book online or from our reception desk. Other trampoline park socks will not be accepted.
  • Jumpers must wear the valid-coloured wristband at all times during jumping.
  • Under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed use of the park.
  • Look out for other jumpers and give way to the smaller ones.
  • Pregnant women or people with health concerns are advised not to jump.
  • No lying or sitting on the trampolines. Take a break if required in the seating area.
  • Grabbing of the safety pads or safety netting is prohibited.
  • No double bouncing, running, wrestling or rough play.
  • One person per trampoline at a time.
  • Always land with two feet and aim to stay in the middle of the trampoline mat away from the padding – do not operate mobile phones, cameras or similar equipment on the trampolines.
  • Bad language will not be tolerated.
  • No food or drink (including gum) is permitted on the trampolines.
  • No double somersaults or flips or tricks over the pads are allowed. Single somersaults are allowed but no more than two in a row.
  • No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the trampolines and no loose change in pockets.
  • No outside drinks or food permitted unless special permission is granted by management.

AirSlides

  • You must be at least 1.20m tall to ride the slides.
  • Maximum weight limit is 120kg/19 stone.
  • You must go headfirst down the slide.
  • You cannot go feet first.
  • One person per slide at a time.
  • Each person must have their own mat.
  • Only ‘GO’ when the airbag is clear
  • Exit airbag/slide as fast as you can.

AirHopBag

  • Remove all items from your pockets
  • Exit the AirBag as soon as possible, you must use the same lane to exit.
  • Land on your back or bottom.
  • Do not jump until it is clear and safe to do so.
  • Do not dive onto the AirBag head first.
  • Do not run across the AirBag.
  • Do not jump utnil it is safe and clear to do so.
  • No backflips.

Dodgeball

  • No head shots or kicking the ball is allowed.
  • You are out if hit by a thrown ball.
  • The court monitors decision is final when it comes to refereeing a Dodgeball game.
  • If you are out, leave the court.
  • You can deflect an incoming ball with one in your hands.
  • Catching a ball thrown by an opponent before it touches the ground means that they are out.
  • You are out if you touch the neutral zone.
  • Use hand sanitiser station before starting activity.
  • Social distancing rules to be kept at all times.

Slam Dunk

  • Stay in your lane.
  • Do not hang off the hoops or supporting equipment.
  • One person per trampoline at a time.
  • Use hand sanitiser station before starting activity.
  • Social distancing rules to be kept at all times.

Battle Beams

  • No head shots.
  • Only 2 at a time (from the same household or bubble).
  • Do not grab hold of the other persons baton.
  • Make sure you don’t hit above the shoulders.
  • Always listen to the Court Monitor.
  • When your time is up – please leave the area and return to the back of the queue.
  • Once knocked off – please leave the area and return to the back of the queue.
  • Use hand sanitiser station before starting activity.
  • Social distancing rules to be kept at all times.

Wipeout

  • One person per podium.
  • Stand on a podium while Wipeout is operating.
  • Do not stand, step, lie, hang on/off or push against Wipeout bars/motor
  • Always listen to the Court Monitor.
  • When your time is up – please leave the area and return to the back of the queue.
  • Once knocked off – don’t try to pull yourself up until told by the Court Monitor.
  • Maximum weight of 91kg per person can use Wipeout
  • Minimum height of 1.20m to be able to use Wipeout
  • Use hand sanitiser station before starting activity.

Toddler Takeover

  • Maximum of two toddlers per adult.
  • Dodgeball court availability may vary
  • Anyone attending the session cannot use any other areas of the park.
  • Adults must not leave their children unattended at any time.
  • No drinks are to be consumed on the trampolines.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before the session to allow time to watch the safety briefing.

Obstacle Course

  • Only one person per lane
  • Wait for the light to turn green or for the Court Monitor to signal that it’s safe to start
  • Do not stop and rest inside the Obstacle Course
  • Do not take food or drink onto the Obstacle Course
  • Make sure you hit the button at the end to show your time
  • Ages 4+ only
  • Use hand sanitiser station before starting activity.
  • Social distancing rules to be kept at all times.

AR (Augmented Reality) Trampolines

  • AR trampolines can be used as part of Open Jump and Toddler Takeover sessions.
  • Only one person permitted on a trampoline at a time.
  • No running is permitted on the trampoline.
  • Always aim to land on two feet in the middle of the trampoline.

Ninja Pod Rules

  • DO NOT enter Ninja Pod course whilst a game is being played
  • 90 seconds per game
  • When game finishes leave via exit
  • Maximum of 8x persons per game
  • Maximum of 2x persons per team
  • DO NOT climb on the netting

Reaction Wall & High 9

  • ONE person per trampoline
  • During busy periods, be mindful of other customers waiting to play.

AirHIIT

  • All participants must agree to the waiver before attending class.
  • All participants must be over the age of 16.
  • All participants must sign the pre-exercise register before every class.
  • If you have any existing medical conditions, consult your doctor before attending the class.
  • If you feel dizzy at any point during the class – do not continue.
  • Please do not take drinks onto the trampolines.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before the class to ensure you do not miss the warm up.
  • You must watch the safety briefing before every class.
  • You must wear AirHop grip socks in every class.
