AirFit is a fun alternative to your regular old gym class providing you with a proper high energy workout on and off the trampolines. Time to bounce into feeling brilliant.

This new year we’re offering an AirHop goody bag and a 45 minute Q&A with Dave about diet and exercise if you book either a 6 week or 12 week block. The Q&As will take place after the first week’s classes.

Join our friendly instructor / human trampoline machine for a course of high intensity interval training 45-minute workouts that burns up to 1000 caloriesdesigned to target every part of the body making you fitter, stronger and leaner.
