Join our experienced trainer Dave Ludwell of New Vision Health and Fitness for 30-minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that burns up to 400 calories – designed to target every part of the body making you fitter, stronger and leaner. And not only that – you’ll also feel happier and less stressed thanks to the endorphins released from bouncing on a trampoline! The fitness training that is actually FUN!
